Job Description
- Training and Learning Session weekly
- Call and Set Appointments to Potential Clients
- Recruit and Train team members of Sales Professionals
- Educate and Present to potential clients to Sell our Insurance and Financial Products
You will start as a financial advisor and you will be groomed as a Unit Manager after 1 year of experience.
It is important to experience the job of a financial advisor in order to relate well to future team members.
Will be responsible for sourcing out potential financial advisors to the team, guide, and train them to be MDRTs and awardees of the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have handle teams from a leadership position at the current or previous job
- Can manage a team and deliver results
- With High integrity and good track record
- A well managed personal finances
- Willing to be trained in sales related to the insurance industry
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- A good listener both to team members and clients
- Result-oriented and goal-driven
- With big dreams and track record of results
