Job Description
- Post job ads and organize job applications
- Schedule job interviews and assist in interview process
- Conduct phone interview for applicants
- Updating applicant/candidate database
- Preparing and processing the documents of applicants
- Lead efforts in performance tracking of advisors
- Give feedback and reminders in areas of improvement for advisors to reach monthly target
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate (HR, Psychology, or any related course)
- Previous experience in Human Resources
- Must be amenable to work in Cubao, Quezon City
- Has experience in job posting sites like Kalibrr and Linked-In
- Experienced in MS Office programs
