Job Description
- Acquire individual and corporate accounts via daily prospecting and presentation calls with potential clients
- Identify client's financial goals and expectations
- Recommend appropriate financial solution/s and/or investment opportunity
- Promote and market financial solutions of Philam Life
- Provide excellent after-sales customer service
- Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with clients
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of work experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confident, self-motivated, resilient and entrepreneurial
- Customer-centric
- People-oriented and tech-savvy
- Ability to listen, understand, and give advice
- Goal-oriented at an individual and team level
- Strong desire for performance-driven compensation and unlimited earning potential
- Enthusiastic and interested in the financial services industry
