Job Description
- Form an aggressive and results-oriented sales team of agents;
- Manage and motivate its own organization to hit beyond target;
- Train sales agents with project details;
- Assist sales agents, especially newly hired in closing deals;
- Make sure that all documents submitted by clients are complete;
- Regularly update Sales Director on the status of the team being handled;
- Recommend new strategies that can be considered in addition to what are existing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferrably a Licensed broker but not a requirement;
- With a ready team of at least 6 sales agents with a minimum of 6 months experience;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- At least one year experience managing sales agents;
