Job Description
- Coordinates the staff recruitment process including advertise staff vacancies, asses application, and shortlist candidates.
- Issuing warning letters, recommend appropriate disciplinary action.
- Assurance that payroll and employee benefit are deliverer accurately and on time.
- Updating employees’ record, HRIS and 201 files, and assuring its confidentiality.
- Safekeeping of company records under retention.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Preferably at least one year working experience in the related field is required for the position
- Has a good communication and leadership skills
- Computer Literate: Knowledge with Microsoft Office
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Willing to work overtime if requires
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City
