Job Description
- Contribute creative insights and outputs for different accounts.
- Closely work with Marketing team in developing new products and marketing collaterals.
- Develop company collaterals, briefings, brochures, multimedia presentations, web pages, promotional products, technical illustrations and artwork for use in products, technical guidelines, press releases, newsletters and other presentations.
- Create and update various departmental documents used in meetings and client presentations.
- Research upcoming projects to help create designs and creative executions.
- Meet with clients, brand creatives and other project staff to review creative requirements, deadlines and timelines of specific accounts.
- Maintain photo library, housing monthly reportorial reports on media assets.
- Head documentation of company events, launches, press conferences, etc.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a great overall attitude and excited to work in fast-paced advertising/media agency.
- Experience in creative agencies and the like is not required but encouraged.
- Exceptionally organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
- Team player with ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to participate in brainstorming, and has fresh ideas to present.
- Ability to do the following:
- Create visuals that excite, explain, and entertain.
- Handle high volume of transactions and interact with various departments.
- Consistently work under pressure in a professional manor; excellent problem solver.
- Must stay up to date with current creative trends.
- Proficient in MS Office and all Adobe applications.
