IT Specialist | Mandarin Speaking  

1. Responsible for collecting and sorting out the docking requirements of the e-commerce platform, and drawing up a docking plan

2. Responsible for assisting the problem solving and communication of other departments of the company, and collecting, summarizing and analyzing according to the needs of business departments

3. Responsible for familiarizing with and using the company's internal system, and optimizing and improving the business logic of the system according to the business environment

4. Responsible for testing the optimized functions of the system

5. Able to complete various tasks arranged by the company

6. Support and help with communication with the needs of Shopee x J&T.

7. Assist and coordinate with regional IT’s with regards to their concern on JMS and Order Application.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer/Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years relevant work experience in Information Technology or similar field preferred.
• Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Knowledgeable in relevant IT programs and software.
