Job Description
- Ensure successful implementation of software solution
- Manage large and complex software implementation engagements from the Initial "Kick Off' to final "Go Live"
- Conduct effective Business Analysis for Prospects and Clients
- Identify and escalate project issues and risks
- Help ensure success criteria are met
- Conduct and manage customer sessions ( meetings, trainings, walkthrough)
- Establish credibility and rapport with internal and external stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology , Computer Science , Accounting, or any related course
- Famiiarity with Software Development Lifecycle
- Strong process orientation
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- 2-3 years of experience in ERP Implementation , SAP, Navision, Oracle or Netsuite
- Having experience in Netsuite implementation is an advantage
