Job Description
The primary role of a Customer Service Support Officer within the team is to respond to a variety of customer complaints and inquiries via telephone, text messaging (SMS) or thru the company e-mail.
Operations
- Respond to inquiries on status of customer orders.
- Handle complaints on orders and deliveries
- Handle the Returns and Exchanges of products ordered
- Handle the inquiries and requests for replacements.
Sales Support
- Handle complaints and inquiries from agents;
- Handle inquiries from possible new customers
- Provide anwers/resolutions to product queries and concerns
Administrative
- Support and provide necessary business and operational report for business team or external party
- Coordinate with operations Head and other departments important details of all handled inquiries, complaints for system and process improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any business-related course
- Preferably with at least 3 years related work experience in customer service or same area of profession whether on-field or backroom operations
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS applications specifically Excel and Word
- Good time management skills
