Job Description
A. Job Purpose
Responsible for developing and implementing Organizational Development programs that align employees with key business strategies and initiatives.
B. Key Result Areas
- Organizational Development Program Design Quality
- Organizational Development Program Impact
- Policy Formulation & Alignment
- Training Design & Facilitation
C. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct organizational diagnosis using appropriate Organizational Development diagnostic tools.
- Conceptualize Organizational Development programs and change initiatives that address identified organizational issues
- Develop policies that are aligned with the company's strategic directions and operational requirements.
- Lead the development and implementation of competency-based HR systems.
- Collaborates with the Employee Relations Team in improving employee engagement.
- Handles the company's corporate culture building programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of 4 years Behavioral or Psychology course.
- Has at least 5 years of lead experience in handling Organizational Development programs.
- Outstanding communications and presentation skills, including writing and conducting presentations and effective listening across all levels of the organization
