Job Description
As part of its business expansion, the company has embarked on another business venture into the Financial Technology (Fintech) sector. To manage the day-to-day affairs of the new venture, the General Manager is required. He shall formulate strategies and tactics designed to grow the business and maintain a smooth flow of operations. He shall establish the various systems and processes in alignment with best practices and global standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development of Key Performance Indicators and Targets for the various functional units and direct reports.
- Develop Tactical plans and programs to effectively implement business strategies.
- Engage in key or targeted customer activities.
- Oversee key hiring and talent development programs.
- Evaluate and recommend decision on key investments of the company
- Support the CEO/COO in implementing change programs that align practices with core values and ways of doing things in the company.
- Report key results to corporate officers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably with MBA.
- Technically savvy particularly on Mobile Apps
- Business savvy with emphasis on successful track record in managing startups
- With minimum of 5-10 year experience in a lead role in business development
