Job Description
- Responsible for assisting the company marketing activity, coordination with the Marketing Officer / Head, Business Development, Business Operations, and General Services Department.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Handles all Company-Owned (COW) Marketing concerns.
- Coordinates with Western Union pertaining to approval of Point of Sale (POS) merchandising materials.
- Coordinates and provides assistance to COW and Business Partners (BPs) with regard to roll-out of Western Union promotional materials.
- Prepares layout of tarpaulin and flyers for COW and Bps..
- Facilitates and initiates Marketing documentation such as:
- Requisition form for POS request and Marketing materials
- Cash Advance Form, Payment Request Form, Liquidation, and others
- Monitoring of POS Materials and Freight Cost
- Checklist for POS merchandising materials
- Status Updates (COW's concern)
- Assist inquiry of internal and external clients regarding Marketing concerns.
- Encoding and filling of Marketing files.
- Assist company marketing activity.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by the superior.
Minimum Qualifications
- Grduate of any 4 year business course
- Must be willing to do administrative task
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
