Job Description
- Ensures the following:
- Meeting or exceeding branch transaction performance targets.
- The accuracy of every pay-out, send-out and AVP transactions.
- Observance of the 5 mins WU transaction process.
- The level of revolving funds (within assigned ADB) and completeness of PCF.
- Security measures of the branch i.e. CCTV, siren alarm is always operational.
- Adequacy of TRMF, TSMF, Small Forms, and ACR
- The regular maintenance checks up and periodic cleaning of aircon unit.
- Response to all audit findings and exception reports on time.
- Completeness and compliance to the government mandated business permits.
- Safety withdrawal of bank replenishment, IBT delivery, and the observance of cash safekeeping procedures by using cash paraphernalia and other safety measures.
- Responsible for the following:
- All marketing programs and promotion implemented in the branch.
- Receiving and handling of revolving funds from the bank.
- Daily summary cash pay-out and send-out transactions vs. actual voucher and computer generated a report (transaction log).
- Western Union and Operations policies and guidelines including AMLA and BSP.
- Cleanliness of the branch office including all POS materials.
- Submitting request of OAR & OR forms.
- Daily updating of BOA and filing of used OAR and OR.
- Conducting an inventory of supplies within the department.
- Encodes Petty Cash Vouchers and PCF reports.
- Ensure that below reports are accurately prepared and sent to the concerned department on time:
- Daily Transaction Report Summary (DTRS)
- Branch Cashiering & EB Report
- AVP Reports
- STR/CTR
- Reconciliation Report
- Prepares branch payment requisitions like electricity, rent, water, telephone, internet, etc.
- Assist in processing of renewal and retirement of business permits.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a College Level (undergrad)
- Willing to work on Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays
- Must be honest, trustworthy & has integrity
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
