Job Description
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company.
- Ensuring that customer needs are met. CSR is in charge to coordinate with our Western Union Counterpart (e.g. EMEAPAC Team) in terms of limit raises, switch currencies, unpay/reinstatement, cancellation, verification, etc.)
- In charge of handling all phone queries, instant messaging (Yahoo messenger) and also accountable in doing remote transactions.
- Encodes daily Non-Financial Change Request (change of receiver's name, add/modify message, add/modify test question, change of destination without financial adjustment ) from our branches and Business Partners
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any 4-year course
- Must be willing to work on Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Customer Focus & Handling Customer Complaints
- Effective Communication/Interpersonal Skills/Telephone Etiquette
