Job Description
- Provide information on Western Union pertaining to status of send out/payout transaction, locations where they can claim, exchange rates, procedure and requirements for claims, status of money transfer etc.
- Resolve customer complaints related to Western Union, other Remcos, Perahub Visa Card & Mobile App in Collaboration with the branch, sub agent point person, Regional Head, Business Development & Operations/Sub agent Head within required turn-around time.
- Assisting branch and sub agent on processing remote transaction during system downtime.
- Ensure the transaction was processed under the correct account.
- Ensure that payout and send out rectification comes from a legitimate account of branch, sub agent and non exclusive sub agent.
- Able to modify the transaction request related to names, destination, payout currencies, message and test questions.
- Handle temporary limit increase which bypass the permanent limit enabling branch and sub agent to process send out transaction.
- Represents the company when communicating to different Western Union International and Regional Offices requesting for but not limited to temporary limit increase, cancellation, refund, unpaid, hold money transfer, password resetting etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Willing to work in project contract for 6 months.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
