Job Description
The primary purpose of this job is to provide general assistance in the implementation of effective employee relations programs that would result to greater engagement and retention of employees in the organization. The focus of this job is the overall effectiveness of the different service touch points, from entry to exit, that affect the satisfaction of employees. Under the guidance of her superiors, the incumbent for this job would have to collaborate with the different HR staff and other departments in improving the said service touch points.
The key result areas expected of this job include the effectiveness of various employee relation programs and the incumbent’s ability to work together effectively with the different staff across the organization in the improvement of the service touch points.
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of on-boarding / induction program for new employees based on set policies and standards;
- Update the Onboarding Monitoring database;
- Conduct New Employee Orientation Program;
- Recommend Work-Life Integration programs and activities for the welfare of the employees;
- Handle assigned WLI program;
- Coordinate with other departments regarding the implementation of various WLI programs including employee events;
- Administer the implementation of Employee Awards and Recognition;
- Recommend new or revised Awards and Recognition Program;
- Coordinate with various departments regarding the implementation of company-wide Awards and Recognition Program;
- Monitor the implementation of the Helpdesk. Alerts concerned HR staff for any near due or past due tickets;
- Prepare monitoring and summary reports to analyze the results of the implementation of the HR Helpdesk;
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate log of all received concerns, issues and complaints from the employees, and prepare a regular summary of the said log;
- Handles the promotion and implementation of the company’s code of conduct and discipline;
- Coordinates and monitors the handling of disciplinary cases involving employees who breach their contract and violates the company’s policies;
- Writes Investigation Reports and Disciplinary Action letters;
- Assist in the establishment of the company’s grievance mechanism/machinery
- Listen to employees concerns and grievances and coordinates their resolution;
- Maintain a log of all grievances of employees and monitors their resolution;
Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course

At least 1 year experience in Employee Relations / Employee Engagement

Proven leadership skills or has high leadership potential
