Job Description
Manage the day to day activities of the Forex Account Officers, direct and oversee the organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
- Guide team members in client acquisition and FX trading;
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- Conduct performance review and mentoring;
- Generate and share comprehensive reports about the team's performance/progress;
- Communicate deadlines and sales goals to team members
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
