  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Knowledge of the Philippine real estate market
  • Sales oriented
  • Experience in customer acquisition and account management
  • Fluent in Ensligh (spoken and written)
  • Passionate about turning potential customers into long-term partners
  • Strong affinity to the e-commerce and online marketing sector
  • Proactive, motivated and self-driven individual with good negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, as well as a professional and customer-oriented personality
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Structured, organized, analytical and metrics-driven
  • Online IT knowledge prefered but not required
  • Knowledge and experience in the real estate classified market is an advantage
Job Description

We are looking for an entrepreneurial candidate, with strong account acquisition and management capabilties, to establish and develop our real estate portal, Persquare, Inc.


  • Achieving sales targets
  • Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives and real estate broker organizations such as PAREB and REBAP
  • Attending client meetings and monthly events of the different real estate associations within Metro Manila
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
  • Acquiring new clients via telephone, email and willing to do extensive field work to achieve targets
  • Taking care of incoming inquiries of new potential partners
  • Negotiating and preparing contracts
  • Generating and maintaining a qualified database of potential sales leads
  • Updating and maintaining our CRM database
  • Potentially taking over more account management responsibilities
  • Working closely with other sales managers and departments such as Quality Assurance, Finance, Marketing and IT
