PERRY'S FUEL DISTRIBUTION INC.

Perry’s Fuel Distribution Inc. (PFDI), was incorporated on June 05, 2006 to service the fuel and lubricants requirement of its affiliate Trans-Global Trucking Incorporated. Atty. Jay Art M. Tugade, who was on his 2nd year in Law School at that time and was President for both Companies needed quality fuel products he could rely on for his trucks and heavy equipment. After thorough studies and research, Atty. Jay Art M. Tugade decided that only CALTEX has the quality fuel and additives he can depend on.

On August 26, 2006 PFDI operated its very first CALTEX gas station located along Canaynay Avenue, Paranaque City and has since evolved to becoming the Best CALTEX Retailer and Branded Marketer partner of Chevron Philippines Inc. (CALTEX) in the Philippines.

It was Incorporated with a view in mind of providing employment and business opportunities for the Filipino people as well as increasing shareholder value.
