Job Description
Banking Associate Program Human Resources (BAP HR) is PermataBank's fresh graduate trainee program which was designed for the future leaders in HR Directorate.
BAP HR trainees will be equipped with various learning programs, extensive exposures of banking business, HR competencies, and direct interaction with HR experts and top leaders.
During the training period, BAP HR trainees will have the opportunities to run 3 different kinds of projects, in which they will be coached with our HR leaders.
