Job Description

Successful candidates will be primarily responsible for performing various clerical and routine accounting tasks which includes posting entries, verifying and reconciling input to financial reporting system output, processing payments, and/or assisting in preparation of billings and other financial reports.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any business, finance or accounting course (fresh graduates are also welcome)

• Basic accounting procedures

• Bookkeeping

• Ability to sort, check, count, and verify numbers

• Data entry and/or word processing skills

• Accounts payable procedures and practices

• Records maintenance

• Account balancing skills

• Ability to use an automated accounting system

• Financial reporting

• Cash management principles and procedures

• Team player, customer oriented, attentive to details, fast learner
