Area Sales Manager  

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, leading, executing, and coordinating (with all concerned functional groups) and monitoring Sales and Distribution plans and programs of his teams within corporate strategies and parameters with the objective of achieving sales targets. Other responsibilities are as follows:

• Effectively supervise the sales operations of his/her assigned territory or group of accounts, ensuring the development and implementation team’s sales and distribution strategies and initiatives.
• Develop action plans to address operational gaps and market opportunities.
• Review and approve Customer Development Agreements such as contracts, support, concessions, etc.
• Ensure completeness and integrity of sales information of his/her territory and maintain the required records/reports.

• College degree holder of Business Management, Marketing, Commerce, or any related 4-year course.
• At least four (4) years in sales management, marketing, and or finance.
  • Preferably in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) and/or beverage and food industry.
• With experience handling and managing people.
• Has field sales management experience with minimum of 3 years in traditional trade/distributor or account management.
• Knowledgeable in the market dynamics for consumer goods.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Understands key financial indicators.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive a sales team.
• Willing to be assigned any point of Central Luzon
