Plan, lead, supervise, execute, coordinate, and monitor sales and distribution plans as well as programs of his territory within plant strategies and corporate parameters with the objective of achieving targets. The Territory Manager shall also establish goodwill with customers and with the community.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's / College degree in any of the following:
- Business Studies
- Business Administration
- Business Management
- Commerce or equivalent
- At least two (2) years of sales experience in FMCG companies in traditional trade/ distributor or account management.
- With experience handling people and distributors.
- With good business planning acumen and analytical skills.
- Highly mobile and flexible.
- Holder of a valid driver’s license.
- Willing to be assigned in Central Luzon.
