- Responsible for the effective supervision of the sales operations of his assigned territory or group of accounts.
- Develop and monitor the execution of Sales & Distribution strategies, program, and initiatives.
- Direct the account managers and distribution managers in delivering the sales objective of their unit.
- Responsible for ensuring that all members of his team operate within the prescribed company policies and guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Administration/Management, Commerce, or equivalent.
- With at least four (4) years sales experience preferably in an FMCG and/or food and beverage industry.
- Must have field sales management experience with minimum 3 years in account management or traditional trade/distributor.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive a sales team.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Must be highly organized and motivated.
- Willing to be assigned in the Bataan area.
