Job Description
1. Set objectives and monitor results in order to attain sales and productivity targets.
2. Set, execute, and monitor plans and programs in order to achieve distribution and productivity targets.
3. Execute and monitor the implementation of national and local marketing programs in order to ensure product presence and awareness, and generate sales.
4. Manage and control A/R, Route shortage, Discounts, DIPs, Deals, and Concessions in order to optimize utilization.
5. Develop his frontliners using the field coaching and motivation principles in order to build and sustain a competent sales force.
6. Implements business partner management processes and tools in order to ensure sustained profitability of operators and partners.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires to have driving skills, good communication skills, analytical skills
- MS Excel proficient
- At least 4 years working in the related field is required for the position
- Applicants must be willing to work within the Luzon area
- Preferably 1-4 years experience specializing in sales - retail for snacks
