PeoplePlusTech is working with a Global Technology Company who is in urgent need for entry to mid-level Cusotmer Support Representatives. This role requires you to be responsible in solving simple to complex IT over the phone. You will be recommending the best solutions to deliver top-notch IT support and deliver effective solutions to end users.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any related 4-year course. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Undergraduates with 1-2 years of BPO experience are also welcome to apply.
- Preferred knowledge in Computer and Information Technology.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Amenable to work in shifting schedule and has the ability to maintain a variable work schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
