Job Description
Reporting directly to the Accounting and Finance Manager, a successful candidate is in-charge of performing various accounting and finance-related tasks that will support the overall business of Penbrothers.
- Updating of financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
- Preparation of managerial financial statements and general accounting ledger
- Tracking and reconciling of bank statements
- Preparing checks, overseeing disbursements and overall cash management
- Creating cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
- Assisting in month end reports
- Working with external auditors to prepare audited financial statements
- Preparing aging reports for both accounts receivables and accounts payables
- Preparing weekly reports and other reports as needed by the management
- Other general accounting and finance operations responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or any Business-Related course are welcome to apply
- At least 4 to 5 years of work experience in accounting, finance or audit
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Can work under pressure and minimal supervision
