Based in Manila and reporting directly to the Managing Partners, the successful candidate will be the overall responsible for managing the company’s partner warehouses and its entire cross-country logistics network. We’re looking for someone passionate about warehouse operations, supply chain, logistics, import and export trade, and who would love to be part of a young and hungry multicultural start-up team!
Responsibilities
- Order processing and fulfillment
- Customer returns management
- Supplier shipments and warehouse transfers
- Manage performance of third party warehouses and logistics partners
- Optimize resources used and costs incurred in operations
- Devise strategies for import and export in different territories
- Streamline operations and ensure process efficiency
- Facilitate strong and effective communication between the function teams and warehouse partners in the course of business operations
Minimum Qualifications
- University Degree in related field (Business/Operations/Logistics/Supply Chain)
- Deep interest and/or know-how of warehouse operations and logistics systems as well as international trading laws and guidelines
- Knowledge of e-commerce and the luxury fashion industry would be advantage
- Must be detail, process and solutions oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must, other foreign language would be an advantage but not required
- Technologically savvy and comfortable in using MS Office
- Fast learner and good team player
