Job Description
The purpose of this role is to be the liaison between OKMG and
its clients. The selected candidate will oversee the
agency-client relationship, determine clients’ needs - what
they’re looking to achieve short-term and long-term - and
ensure that we deliver.
Responsibilities
Core objectives include:
● Fostering and managing relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
● Working with the entire team to proactively identify opportunities to provide value to the client in response to their business objectives.
● Daily contact with clients to communicate the status of projects and campaign performance.
● Communicating client agendas to other staff members.
● Preparation of client reports, timelines, internal briefs, estimates and invoices.
● Monitoring clients’ budgets, spending and revenue, and explaining cost factors to clients
● Management of internal schedules and prioritization of work based on deadlines.
● Work consistently to develop the OKMG brand and image.
The above list is not exhaustive and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.

● Fulfill other duties as required by management and other Department Personnel as requested/required.

Minimum Qualifications
A tertiary degree is a must. One in public relations, advertising, marketing or communications.
Experience
● 3+ years of experience with a marketing agency or in a similar role.

● Communication: The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
● Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
● Commerciality: Ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner.
● Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.
● Time management/organization: accomplish objectives effectively within the time frame given, and carry out administrative duties within the portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.
