As a Service Consultant at DesignCrowd you will focus on providing support to DesignCrowd’s global customer base. Your key responsibilities will be the following:
- Handle inbound emails, calls, social media posts and live chats.
- Help answer customers' questions and solve customers' problems.
- Help ensure that DesignCrowd customers have a great experience using the service.
- Support sales for DesignCrowd through cross-selling and up-selling activities.
- Help improve DesignCrowd’s products and services by identifying improvement opportunities from feedback that you’ve received from clients.
- This role is based in the Night Shift (11:00pm to 8:00am).
- With a University degree.
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience in Customer Service.
- Prior experience in sales is beneficial, but not essential.
- Knowledge of graphic design software is beneficial, but not essential
- Outstanding English language skills (written and verbal).
- Additional foreign language skills are a plus.
