JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reduce / control revenue loss to the Organization by timely identifying fraudulent transactions.
- Verify potential fraud cases.
- Do complete research on potential fraud cases and take action based on the outcome.
- Contact card-issuing bank and the cardholder to avoid revenue loss to the organization.
- Send emails to the customer in case unable to reach the customer to complete the verification.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to increase efficiency.
- Prepare reports of transactions and send it to Audit team on Daily basis.
- Adhere to all corporate policies, guidelines, and statutory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in the Travel Industry.
- Thorough knowledge of the airline industry processes & practices.
- Well versed or with working knowledge of Amadeus and Sabre (GDS).
- Should know how to check for the following:
- Fare rules.
- Ticket status.
- Schedule changes.
- Cancellations
- Knowledge of GDS exchanges would be an advantage.
- Should know how to check for the following:
- Excellent command in fare rule interpretation
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to work graveyard shift.
