Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reduce / control revenue loss to the Organization by timely identifying fraudulent transactions.
  • Verify potential fraud cases.
  • Do complete research on potential fraud cases and take action based on the outcome.
  • Contact card-issuing bank and the cardholder to avoid revenue loss to the organization.
  • Send emails to the customer in case unable to reach the customer to complete the verification.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to increase efficiency.
  • Prepare reports of transactions and send it to Audit team on Daily basis.
  • Adhere to all corporate policies, guidelines, and statutory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in the Travel Industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of the airline industry processes & practices.
  • Well versed or with working knowledge of Amadeus and Sabre (GDS).
    • Should know how to check for the following:
      • Fare rules.
      • Ticket status.
      • Schedule changes.
      • Cancellations
    • Knowledge of GDS exchanges would be an advantage.
  • Excellent command in fare rule interpretation
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willing to work graveyard shift.
