Job Description

About the Role:

  • We are bridging the hospitality industry and the co-working/co-sharing industry!
  • We are looking for a talented and passionate Hospitality and Operations Manager, that will increase the community spirit by creating a better environment, more events, and by reducing PB’s cost.
  • This full-time position is based in Legazpi, Makati, and will report directly to the Management.

Goals and Objectives:

  • Support the Management team to:
  • Create a collaborative community environment amongst PB’s members through events and building relationships between members
  • Maintain 100% occupancy and achieve target sales goals
  • Ensure that offices are fully operational and processes are running smoothly
  • Drive growth and promotion of our service offerings

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work on community initiatives designed to develop connections between members, including member introductions, curating events, and event follow-ups
  • Create strategic initiatives to make our common spaces more financially sustainable and more attractive and convenient forSt our community
  • Assist members with billing and manage reservations through in-house billing system, checking invoices, and managing late fees and evictions
  • Schedule and assist with move ins and move outs, preparing, and distributing welcome packets
  • Generate leads to BD and conduct tours to reach sales goals and work towards/maintain 100% building occupancy
  • Engage in the larger city community by representing Penbrothers in various events and networking functions
  • Run the offices operations and maintenance to ensure highest level of member experience, including:
  • Conducting building walkthroughs
  • Helping members access conference room booking and equipment
  • Troubleshooting printing, internet, and phone requests
  • Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of all PB offices
  • Manage the front office operations and procedures of PB
  • Help report daily, weekly and monthly progress of your building and community
  • Expense management

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate with a degree in Hotel Management, or any related course
  • Customer service and/or hotel management experience required
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strategic and project management skills
  • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
  • Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities
  • Proficient in basic computer skills
