Job Description
As a Customer Success Officer at Lemi, you will be working alongside the Business Development to grow and cultivate client relationships by maintaining close contact with new and existing customers. You will engage with customers to help them realize the full potential of the Lemi app, its features and B2B concepts.
What you will do
- Connect with customers through calls, emails and face to face meetings to maintain close contact with customers and make sure they are able to use the app effectively and easily
- Facilitate Lemi app demos or provide refresher trainings to existing customers
- Prepare reports as needed by the Business Development team
- Escalate issues to the Tech or Design teams on user error, bugs in product or feature requests
- Help the Business Development team to gather useful data and insights from customers to help create most FAQs templates or come up with ideas to improve the app’s selling point
Minimum Qualifications
What you need
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Keen analytical and research abilities
- Work ethic and integrity aligned with international standards
It would be cool if you
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related field
- Are a people person and a troubleshooter
- Have a background in HubSpot or other related CRM systems
- Possess advanced administrative skills
- Can speak languages other than Filipino and English
