Job Description
We're looking for someone who will help with the day to day running of the business and the team. Currently, we have 12 team members, 40 subscribers, and over 100 clients.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients, and quality check briefs are in order for designers to start work
- Liaise with the designers regarding briefs and timelines
- Liaise with me to provide feedback to designers and also be in a position to manage team performance
- Manage our live chat and know our offering inside and out
- Jump on the occasional demo call, and zoom call with clients (Important)
- Help with other general management of the business
- Report to me regarding problems, and solutions to fix bottlenecks, late designs or capacity issues
- Make sure the team and our clients are following process (taking the emotion I sometimes attached to things out of it)
- Making sure designers hit KPIs
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Business or Marketing course.
- Experienced with client management
- Experienced handling a team
- Strong communication and time management skills
