Finance Manager  

Business Partnering

• Deliver timely and accurate buying budget forecast for Products Team
• Liaise with different departments in delivering Special Projects by providing timely and relevant insights, thru financial model or other tools
• Partner with Business Intelligence Team in timely updating and/or validating assumptions used in price strategy, and stock allocation guidelines

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support the Controller team by providing monthly variance analysis as well as drill down to root cause of deviations
• Partner with the Head of Finance in maintaining the valuation model of the Group
• Ensure the accuracy of the overall financial model and budget of the Group

Finance Operations

• Liaise with Finance Operations team to ensure minimum to zero revenue-leakage on pricing and onboarding initiatives

Automation

• Partner with Tech team and Finance stakeholders in delivering automation projects that will reduce total FTE of the Finance Department

Maintain High Performing Direct Reports

• Ensure the high level performance of the team, especially direct reports, which are the Finance Supervisor, and Controller

Maintain Team Morale and Buy-in to Vision-Mission

• Ensure alignment of vision-mission of the Group and the department to the team, ensuring harmony and better morale

• Possesses a degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or similar undergraduate studies
• 3-5 years of working experience in financial planning and analysis, and/or corporate finance
• At least 1-year experience in handling and coaching direct reports
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA) a plus, but not required
• Should have relevant experience in projects which assess the commercial viability of campaigns, or new products
• Experience handling BI tool or data mining techniques Is an advantage
• Able to effectively communicate in English
