Lead the Social Media Marketing Team (small team of marketing professionals, content developers and contact agents)

• Identify suitable staff and work to bring them on-board
• Train and motivate the team. Monitor performance and support staff

Develop Social Media Strategy

• Understand the social media preferences of target clients
• Define the tools that Netizen will use to acquire and commicate with clients

Set up social media tools

• Manage social media accounts
• Manage tracking system and analytics to assess the effectiveness of different campaigns
• Optimize campaigns for cost

Develop marketing ads, collateral and content

Run Campaigns and promotions

• Define campaigns and customer contacts
• Conduct commercial negotiations with partners for promotions

Monitor the effectiveness of teams contacting clients

• Monitor response rates and client satisfaction
• Take action to address any issues
  

• Deep experience with social media marketing, especially with facebook. Ability to fully use facebook ad manager, business manager and analytics.
  • Done A/B ad testing
  • Have views on how to increase level of organic growth in FB Group pages
  • Know how to set and track Pixels, use analytics
• Interest in using social media to engage clients
• Analytical ability, to understand marketing analytics and optimize ad spend
• Creativity in designing social media camapigns
• Preferably experience with banking business models, customer issues and concerns in banking
