Job Description
- Provide multi-product support and services to all clients from all brands and operators
- Analyze the clients’ concerns and provide effective resolution
- Address account-related concerns of players; check and verify withdrawal requests, wager requirements and other related issues
- Monitor game issues from time to time to ensure good quality player experience
- Be responsible for any ad-hoc related task that may be assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Has a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
- Has previous experience working in a similar support function (B2B support/customer support); an advantage but not a requirement
- Is fluent in Mandarin
- Is excellent in both oral and written English communication
- Has knowledge of or interest in online gaming
- Is committed to improving customer service experience with client satisfaction a top priority
- Is flexible, with the ability to think and act independently
- Is keen to attention and details
