Employee Engagement Specialist  

The Employee Engagement Specialist will be tasked to spearhead and advocate for the overall employee engagement programs of Luxclusif.

He/she will also be leaned on to champion a fun and collaborative workplace through different engagement work streams and day-to-day people support by:

• Plans, implements and maintains the Employee Engagement initiatives for Luxclusif
• Manages Vendors and Suppliers for day-to-day and event specific functions
• Coordinates with the Finance team & Management for potential company promotional items for Employee Engagement projects within a given budget
• Gathers feedback obtained through employee satisfaction & post event surveys and analyzes/provides a plus-delta debrief of the projects & initiatives
• Ensures Rewards & Recognition program effectiveness
• Supports external job fair events for Recruiting/ Sourcing if the need arises

Supports all departments in hyping up company and engagement focused communications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Design and Arts, HR or any related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in public relations, events management or equivalent.
• Preferred: Call Center/Start up/Shared Services background is a plus
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
