Job Description
- Prepare, check and executed loan documentation for more than 15 different lenders across Australia.
- Liaise with customers, brokers, financiers and processing department ensuring all settlement tasks are completed in a smooth & efficient manner.
- Assist customers on all settlement’s maters, ensure settlement process is smooth and easy for clients.
- Booking in and organizing settlements following Savvy guidelines.
- Prepare broker fee tax invoices.
- General file management duties.
Minimum Qualifications
- Outstanding communicator with excellent verbal & written communication skills, positive disposition and a flexible attitude to work tasks.
- Possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines
- An acute eye for details.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage deadlines.
- Ability to thrive working in a fast-paced & ever-changing environment.
- Enthusiastic, motivated and proactive approach to work
- Personable, approachable, positive and relationship building abilities.
- Candidates with an accounting/finance degree/experience are desirable.
- Loan processor or settlement officer experience is also desirable.
