Job Description

  • Support human resources processes by administering tests.
  • Substantiates applicants’ skills by administering and scoring tests.
  • Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance orientation.
  • Submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analysing data.
  • Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
  • Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information
  • organizing work
  • answering the telephone
  • relaying messages
  • maintaining equipment and supplies.
  • Create, send, and follow up on invoices.
  • Collect information for and prepare payroll payments for employees.
  • Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances.
  • Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports.
  • Review and adhere to branch budgets.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be educated to bachelor degree in finance management, accounting, or other equivalent field, master degree will be advantage.
  • Minimum 1 years or more experience in accounting / finance division.
  • Excellent level of interpersonal skills to disseminate information and communicate strategic direction.
  • Strong strategic financial acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and detail person.
  • Ability to effectively manage change.
  • Ability to effectively liaise with partner organisations.
  • Commitment to excellence.
  • Plan and implement improvement strategies.
  • Relevant experience in managing financial operations of organisations of a similar or larger size.
