Job Description

As a Service Consultant, you will focus on providing support to our global customer base, particularly those seeking printing services from us. You will have responsibility for handling inbound emails, calls, social media posts and live chats. You will help to answer customer questions and solve customer’s problems. Your goal is to help ensure that our customers have a great experience using the service.

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator:

  • Ability to edit a logo: change colors and shapes
  • Ability to recreate a logo based on a raster image
  • Ability to create a logo from scratch based on a creative brief
  • Ability to edit business cards, flyers, brochures, etc.
  • Ability to create a business card from scratch based on a creative brief

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

  • Ability to edit business cards, flyers, brochures, etc.
  • Ability to create a business card from scratch based on a creative brief

Good Eye for design

  • Ability to recognize a well-executed design from a poorly executed one.
  • Ability to provide feedback on a poorly executed design (i.e. explain why it's poorly executed)
  • Ability to conduct a reverse image search to determine if a design is being taken from the internet
  • Has an online portfolio they can share with us
  • Willing to work on a night shift, Tuesday to Saturday schedule.
