Job Description
Responsible for the analysis, design, formulation, maintenance, and application of the Compensation and Benefits policies and projects. The position shall lead the payroll and benefits administration ensuring compliance to labor regulations as well as timeliness and reliability in submission of reports.
Primary Responsibilities
- Formulate policies and procedures in Compensation and Benefits in alignment with the company and HR’s strategic direction.
- Monitor compliance with all wage and welfare regulations and make recommendations to meet the requirement.
- Conduct market and trend analysis through salary and benefits survey input and market research on an annual and ad hoc basis.
- Review salaries and benefits policies, systems, processes and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent
- Ideally 3-5 years experience as a Manager
- Detail oriented, high integrity, and trustworthy
- Good communication skills
