Job Description
We are looking for a Collection Specialist Expert to be responsible for collections of outstanding accounts receivable from our clients and all other aspects of collections, resolving customer billing problems and reducing accounts receivable delinquency.
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
- Make outbound collection calls while keeping and improving customer relations
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
- Process payments and refunds
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues
- Update account status records and collection efforts
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any course
- Must have at least 2 years related work experience
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to details
- Must be honest and trustworthy
