Job Description
Based in Makati, the successful candidate will pursue the company-wide goal of solving the problem of customer support for businesses that create themes & plugins for WordPress.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers via any of the following: helpdesk, online chat, email, forum.
- Logging into customer websites and figuring out the cause of any problems they have
- Offering technical solutions & explanations in a way so that a non-technical person can understand
- Documenting software bugs and improvements so that developers can easily understand and work on them
- Focusing on developing your skills, with an aim to improve a little bit each day (Kaizen)
Minimum Qualifications
To do this job, you will need the following…
- Excellent written English communication
- Proficiency with WordPress
- Experience with HTML & CSS
