Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Lemi and its products
  • Identify key contacts at potential partner businesses to establish and foster a relationship
    • Make cold calls or send cold emails based on targets set by the company
    • Participate in one-on-one meetings with businesses
    • Follow up on requests for meetings
  • Maintain good relationships and maximize the value of existing partners
  • Track number of new and existing partners each month to meet KPIs
  • Understand the problems and challenges of partners and identify ways Lemi could address those needs
  • Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing partners
  • Provide excellent service in order to maintain Lemi’s positive reputation with businesses
  • Resolve any concern or conflict in a prompt and professional manner
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets set by the company

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Keen analytical and research abilities
  • Work ethic and integrity aligned with international standards
