Job Description
You will be responsible for creating the design, layout and optimization of Upteam’s website and other marketing collaterals. Duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for the company website, as well as creating visual elements that are in line with the company’s branding.
- Design the website's visual imagery and ensuring it's in line with company branding policy
- Website performance optimization and A/B variation testing
- Meeting clients/other departments to identify their needs and liaising regularly with them
- Coordinate with different teams in creating layout/template designs
- Create graphic layouts of web banners, promotional posters and branding mock-ups
- Proofreading content and making changes where necessary
- Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-year functional experience in web design or designing experiences for web or mobile-based applications
- Functional experience working with an Ecommerce platform
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to multitask and work well under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript is a plus
