Job Description
The Shift to Entrepreneurship Program is a special program of Philam Life for people who want to have a successful shift into business in the field of financial planning. The Wealth Portfolio Manager is tasked to:
- Create connections with individuals and companies/organizations for the purpose of offering financial services
- Schedule face-to-face meetings with the objective of closing deals through Philam Life's financial programs
- Attend training and activities that will enhance his/her sales skills
- Partner with his/her leader through coaching sessions and joint field work
The Wealth Portfolio Manager will enjoy the following benefits:
- Signing bonus equal to 10% of average annual income

Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 2 years working experience in the following fields:
- Real Estate, BPO, Pharmaceutical sales, Premium sales, Academe, Hotel and Restaurant management, Select Government agencies such as BIR and Registry of Deeds.
- Preferably with at least 2 years experience as Bank Relationship Manager
- Must be self-driven and coachable.
- Must have an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Must be residing within Metro Manila
