Job Description
Upon completing the selection and application process, the Unit Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Recruit a team of financial advisors and perform joint-field work to fast track their productivity
- Manage the financial advisors to attain consistent productivity and meet awards requirements
- Perform sales activities with personal clients
- Attend training and activities of the team and the company to enhance sales and leadership skills
The Special Leadership Program of Philam Life offers the following rewards and compensation:
- Total development fund of 150% of average annual income for past 3 years, including 30% signing bonus from the fund
- Overrides from the production of financial consultants

Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in the Life Insurance industry
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be trainable and must have a business mindset
- Must be residing within Metro Manila
