The financial advisor is tasked to provide financial consulting services to clients. Services for individuals or families will cover the following areas: retirement, savings, education, investments and estate planning. Services for companies or associations will cover group life insurance, group health insurance, and credit life insurance. The financial advisor is responsible for creating his own market of individuals, families and corporations; contacting these leads for presentations, and closing deals through Philam Life's financial programs.
The financial advisor can enjoy the following benefits, upon reaching sales targets:
- variable compensation ranging from P30,000 to as high as P500,000 per month
