Job Description
As a Unit Manager of Peak Wealth Solutions, you will:
- Recruit a team of financial advisors and perform joint-field work to fast track their productivity
- Manage and coach the financial advisors to attain consistent productivity
- Perform sales activities with personal clients
- Attend training and activities of the team and the company to enhance sales and leadership skills
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in any of the following industries: life insurance, non-life insurance, medical insurance, or healthcare/HMO
- Must have an excellent leadership and management skills
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to be trained
- Must have a business mindset
- Must have great people skills
